Refund policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the order is incorrectly supplied, and then on an exchange-only basis, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • If a User believes a product to be faulty, the item must be returned at the User’s cost for assessment under the relevant supplier/manufacturer terms for repair or replacement, where applicable.
  • The User is responsible for all courier costs associated with returns and exchanges.
  • Made-to-order or customised items (including branded, embroidered, or bespoke hospitality products) are non-refundable once production has started, except where goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.

The Provider accepts no responsibility for loss or damage once goods have been dispatched.
